Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Dripzos, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across India.

1. COD Availability

  • COD is available on selected pin codes across India

  • You can check COD availability at checkout by entering your delivery address

2. COD Charges

  • A nominal COD fee of 40rs may be applied to all COD orders

  • This charge will be clearly shown at checkout before placing your order

3. Order Confirmation

To ensure genuine orders, COD orders may require confirmation:

  • You may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message

  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled

4. Payment at Delivery

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery partner

  • Digital payment to the delivery agent may be available depending on the courier service

5. Order Processing

  • COD orders are processed within PROCESSING TIME after confirmation

  • Unverified or suspicious orders may be delayed or cancelled

6. Failed Deliveries

If a COD order is not accepted or delivery fails:

  • The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD option for future purchases

7. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer / UPI / store credit

  • Customers must provide valid payment details for refund processing

  • Refund timelines: 5-7 Business Days

8. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate

  • Be available to receive your order to avoid delays or cancellations
